By using this website or engaging Everlane Home Services, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Everlane Home Services provides home support, organization, design guidance, and light home management services in the Boston MetroWest area.

All services are subject to availability.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Pricing ranges are provided for transparency.

  • Final pricing may vary based on scope, time required, and materials.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed prior to service.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: [cash, check, card, Venmo]

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Limitation of Liability

  • Everlane Home Services will exercise reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Structural issues

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any known concerns prior to service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Everlane Home Services and may not be copied without permission.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Everlane Home Services reserves the right to refuse, decline, or terminate services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a situation is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with our company values or standards of conduct.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Discriminatory or abusive language

  • Requests outside the agreed scope of work

  • Any circumstance in which our team feels uncomfortable or at risk

If services are terminated for the reasons outlined above, the client may be responsible for payment for work performed up to that point.

Our priority is maintaining a respectful, professional, and safe working environment for everyone involved.
